Terms of Sale

Effective date: 26 October 2026.

These terms apply to purchases from Family Theater Night, sold by WhataWonderCreations Sales and Media LLC, d/b/a WHATAWONDERCREATIONS.

What you buy

The Family Theater Night Starter Pack costs $12 plus applicable tax (USD), paid once. It is not a subscription and there is no recurring billing. It gives the purchasing parent account digital access to the full scripts for “The Lost Lantern” and “Kitchen Kingdom.” Other activities are not included unless stated.

Account and access

You need a parent account to buy. Access is linked to the account that paid and is available after you sign in under My Stories. Access is granted only after the payment provider confirms a completed payment. Keep your sign-in details private.

The purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Access continues while Family Theater Night operates and the purchase remains valid. We do not promise lifetime access or impose an expiration date.

If the service is discontinued, we will provide advance notice where reasonably possible and an opportunity to print purchased scripts before closure.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive your card number. The price is $12 plus applicable tax, shown at checkout before you pay.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase through the “Request a refund” form on the Help page. Requests are reviewed by us, not by AI; submitting a request does not by itself issue a refund. Access to the Starter Pack is removed once a full refund is confirmed. See the Refund Policy. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.

Permitted use

Personal, non-commercial use by the purchasing household is allowed, including informal performances with family and invited friends. You may print copies for those participants.

You may not share account credentials, publicly upload or distribute the scripts, resell them, or sell printed copies. Classroom use, organized group use, public performances, and paid performances require separate written permission.

Printed copies may be kept for permitted use, except after a full refund.

Support

AI Help is the first point of contact for product and access help. It is an automated assistant, not a person. For unresolved issues, use the adult-request form on Help for owner review and sign in to view replies. No fixed response deadline is currently provided. Request refunds through the refund-request form on our Help page, not through the customer-support bot. Requests require owner review; AI Help cannot collect requests in chat, approve them, or issue refunds.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you have under laws that cannot be waived or changed by agreement.

Responsibility

The scripts are provided for family entertainment. Adults are responsible for supervising children and choosing safe props, spaces and activities during any performance. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If we make a material change, we will show a notice on this website before or when the change takes effect. Changes do not reduce access to a Starter Pack you already bought, and the terms in effect when you bought it continue to apply to that purchase unless the law requires otherwise or you agree to the new terms.
